There has been an influx of natural childbirth videos in the past 2 years and I have heard through the grape vine that there is even more to come. Most all of these videos shows some homebirths in the videos and I personally feel like if the kiddo is going to be at the birth then most birth video is a good one. Kiddos need to see all sorts of different sounds that mommas might make, and it will be a good test as to how your little guy will react to the sights and sounds.
The most recent videos that I have seen and heard of are:
The Business of Being Born (certain parts of this would be good for kids, there is lots of info and would be good for a person who questions your choice)
Orgasmic Birth (don't let the name deter you it is full of great birth videos and some of them with kids involved)
Homebirth Dads (great video for dad's who are on the fence as it is through the dad's eyes)
Birth Dialogue ( a great video that focus on the last few months, leading up to the birth the kids are very involved in this video)
Birth of a Family (documents the birth of all 4 children some of which are present at the newest family members birth)
Birth Day ( This has been re released with more footage. A beautiful birth in the tub with her son present)
Pregnant in America (more for someone who is interested in the knowledge, science and dollars behind the American model of childbirth)
My favorite, although not a new video is Birth into Being-A water birth video from Russia. Tons of kiddos all throughout the video.
